Where are they now ? | |
| Bob 70-71 | - Know any others ??! Let me know and I'll include them on this page. Note the archive is at the foot of this section above the index table. August 2000David Webb (Chelsea) Thanks to the excellent new Sunday national , ' The Non-League Paper', I finally caught up with David who is now manager of Yeovil Town, it seems. Yeovil Town won the Southern League in 1970-71, and indeed, were 2-0 winners at home to Kettering Town on the Conference's opening Saturday of this season. Alan Hill (Nottingham Forest)
Can you believe it - right under my nose ? Alan Hill has been the Leeds United's Academy Coach since his appointment by George Graham. Now that Brian Kidd (Manchester United) has joined Leeds United, Alan is departing, but I'm not certain where to yet. Alan is a World of Soccer Star original member of the site, and otherwise may not have qualified for the site, because he never played after the 1969-70 season !!! Ironically, in truth, I don't actually know where he is anymore ! See Leeds United FMC - The Official Web SiteLeeds United FMC - The Official Web Site (which is generating the picture). Pat Holland (West Ham United) Lo and behold, whilst following up this lead, I happen upon Pat Holland who apparantly returned to Spurs as Under-19 Academy Coach in 1997. Pat had previously been the youth team coach, youth team manager and reserve team manager from November 1998 to April 1995. See more August 2000 news at the following ... |
